Jailhouse Dog: When Eustace is annoyed by Courage, he gives him a list of chores to keep him away from the house for a while. While Courage is completing them (and Eustace asks for some pretty strange things), an old, confused dogcatcher apprehends him and locks him in a prison-like pound. The other dogs don’t like him and do a hazing ritual. Courage resolves to escape, and eventually wins the support of the other dogs.
Time Capsule: Eustace sees something on TV about somebody who made a fortune with a metal detector, so he rushes to find one that he has had in storage. After wandering around the farm, he finds something, a rusty old time capsule. He brings it in, sure that something valuable is inside it, and puts it down on the table, where he works to pry it open in spite of Courage’s worrying. Eventually, steam technology emerges from it and keeps spreading and growing until it takes over Nowhere.
Bad Luck: A mirror is broken, cursing the Bagge farm with bad luck. Courage must find a way to undo the curse before the farm is destroyed.
Treat and Tricksters: Muriel is carving pumpkins and Eustace is watching TV. On Halloween, trick-or-treaters show up at the farm. Eustace is suspicious, noting that they have no neighbors, but Muriel wants to give them something. Courage is suspicious, and eventually they do something threatening.
Foxhunt: Courage convinces some hunting dogs not to hurt him by proving that he is a dog. However, he takes pity on a fox that they are hunting. (Courage is sent to a dog training school)
Dentures: Muriel gets a terrible toothache. A dentist wants to try his new dentures on Eustace, while Courage is locked up because the dentist is disgusted by his teeth.
The Pirates of Nowhere: Some land-pirates come through, seeking their buried treasure, and they take the Bagges as slaves.
Courage in Pictures: Muriel is stolen by a character from a book, and Courage follows her through bizarre two-dimensional worlds.
Courage and the Spy: A spy mistakes the Bagges for rival agents. In the end, he turns out to be a double agent from the agency.
The Reality Warper: Courage befriends a being who can change reality when stressed out, often resulting in Courage being changed into things. In the end, he voluntarily leaves, but thanks Courage for his kindness.
The Organ Thief: A Doctor/Frankenstein's monster steals organs from Nowhere. When Eustace and Muriel have their organs stolen, Courage goes to a lab, where organs watch him in a parody of The Birds.
The Magic Rose of Love: After a magic rain, roses grow at the farmhouse. Muriel is pricked by one and can only be awakened by true love. Courage must find a way to make the famer loveable.
Happy Land: The Bagges take a trip to a nostalgic theme park to find it in disrepair. There is a weasel carny-type who appears at every single ride. They get on a rusty ride, but it collapses before it can even start. I expect there is not as much danger in this episode, and the weasel is sleazy but not actually evil. Muriel left something here, which came alive missing her? It is the stuffed animal prizes. They have come to life.
The Conflict-Meister: When Eustace and Muriel fight, a mysterious being (a conflict-meister of sorts) shows up and empowers them to fight more, creating for them walls and weapons out of thin air. In the end, it turns out they learned a lesson. Alternatively, there are two such beings, and they use Eustace and Muriel to continue their own fight.
Vampire Castle: Muriel and Eustace find themselves in a castle full of vampires, but Courage can't figure out their intentions.
Waddlers: Start with a scene of the Penguins. Angered by warm temperatures, they come to Nowhere (derivative of snowman…). Alternatively, the snowman angered them in the first place… Alternatively, there is snow at the farmhouse, and Courage frolics in it, until he sees shapes in the snow (which are penguins…)
Time Freeze: The Bagges are passing time on a slow day. Cosmic forces strike a clock and cause time to freeze. The Bagges at first have fun with it, but time begins to fall apart, as the screen seems to literally shatter, trapping them on separate fragments. Courage manages to use this to go back in time to prevent the whole thing. In the end, there is a sense of here we go again.
El Courage Matador: Courage has memories of an ancestor who was a bullfighter. However, some aristocrats want him dead and send him up against monstrous bulls. He manages to survive, but learns that the bulls are to be killed. He frees them, and invents the running of the bulls. In the end, he learns that this was his ancestor.
Beauty Medusa: A hideous medusa invents a way to turn people extremely ugly. She goes around making everyone in Nowhere ugly. She takes Muriel and Courage hostage, and they try to make her feel beautiful. When Eustace sees her, he freaks out about how ugly the gorgon is.
Le Quack Insurance: Le Quack comes up with an insurance scam to turn over everything the signer owns if anything bad happens to them.
